There are lots of different ways you can request a custom item. 

 

Option 1 - You can select the paintbrush icon at the bottom of every page - this will open a chat with some prompts to help you with customising your item.

 

Option 2 - If you would like to have a more direct chat about your order, you can select the chat icon at the bottom of every page - this will open a chat where you can send us a detailed - or brief message about what you are looking for. 

 

Option 3 - Send us an email. We are always happy for our customers to send us an email with their requests and we will always do our best to respond asap - thelittlelasershop@hotmail.co.uk.

Once orders have been placed, we do state that we are unable to make changes.

However, depending on the item / request, we are happy try and make changes where possible. Sometimes this is not something we can do, but it is always worth dropping us a message and asking!

Any requests must be sent within 24 hours of your order being placed, after this time we will be unable to make any changes.

You can email us at thelittlelasershop@hotmail.co.uk with the change and also the order number. OR, you can contact us via any of the links at the bottom of the website.

Have you checked your email junk folder? Sometimes emails from us are automatically filed in your junk folder (depending upon the email provider you use, this folder may be called ‘spam’) so it’s worth checking there.

 

We try to reply to emails within 48 hours and we’re sorry if it’s been longer than this. Please get in touch again and we’ll do our best to solve the problem.

Delivery

We use two separate shipping options - 

  1. Royal Mail Tracked24. This is a first class next day delivery service and a tracking number will be given upon dispatch. 
  2. Royal Mail Tracked48. This is a second class service and a tracking number will be given upon dispatch. This can be expected  to arrive within 2-3 working days.

We also offer the option for more local customers to pickup their item from our shop in Pencoed, South Wales.

 

Our dispatch times vary depending on the item and the materials used. However, we do aim to get our products sent within 14 days of the order being placed. This is often much shorter, but in order to avoid disappointment, we like to give our customers a broad window in which to expect their item.

Where possible we will update you on the progress of your order as we go along.

We try our best here at The Little Laser Shop to ensure all items are packaged securely.

However, due to reasons out of our control, sometimes items get damaged in transit.

If this is the case, please reach out to us and we will try and advise with the best way forward.

If you send us an email with your order number and images of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order, we will do our best to rectify the situation.

We advise checking all items once received as any damage outside of this time frame we will struggle to claim for damage.

Unfortunately, for now, we do not offer oversea or international shipping. Our items are for sale in the UK only.

However, please keep on checking our site, as this may change in the future.
