We will always try and contact you with a mock-up design of your sign before it is made. So please leave your email address at check out, so we can send over some pictures before production starts. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will make the judgment call ourselves and sent what we think is the best option (if this is applicable).

Care 

The uttermost care has gone into ensuring each item is sent to you as clean as possible. However, due to the engraving and laser cutting process, some residue may still be present. If this is the case, a small amount of hand sanitizer on a microfiber cloth will see any marks disappear quickly. Just wipe carefully and leave to dry.

In the notes section, please let us know if there are any changes you would like made to your items. Certain changes such as size, for example, will likely include additional fee’s which will be sent via an invoice to your email after checkout. Production of your order will not start until full payment is made.
